We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.



Returns & Refunds Eligibility



We accept returns and issue refunds only under the following conditions:


  • The item received is defective
  • The item received is the wrong size
  • The item received is the wrong boot/item compared to what was ordered



If your order meets one of the conditions above, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.





Conditions for Returns



To be eligible for a return:


  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • The item must be returned with original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Clear photo or video evidence must be provided showing the defect or issue



We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.





Non-Returnable Items



We do not accept returns or refunds for:


  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Items returned without prior approval






Return Process



  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and evidence of the issue.
  2. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
  3. If approved, return instructions will be provided.
  4. Once the item is received and inspected, an exchange or refund will be processed.






Refunds



  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after return inspection
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part






Exchanges



If the issue is a wrong size or wrong item, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.





Chargebacks & Disputes



We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before filing a chargeback.

Orders with confirmed delivery and no prior contact may not be eligible for refunds.
